Hi. I'm Mel.

I'm a people leader and learning experience designer. I've been in the field of corporate learning for over 10 years. I'm currently working in SaaS within Customer Education. I run a newsletter on LinkedIn titled, This Side Up, where I share practices of a digital learning professional through articles, videos, lists and more.
